Where are you based?
Delicate Catering is based in Inverness, Scottish Highlands – up to 30 min by car from favorite holiday destinations – Aviemore ( Cairngorm mountain),  Carrbridge, Nethy Bridge, Boat of Garten, Loch Ness, Drumnadrochit, Black Isle, Tomatin, Moy, Findhorn, Cawdor, Nairn … however we travel all over the Scotland, with many regular clients based in Central Belt.

How well in advance do I need to book?
The sooner the better – some events are booked 2 years in advance. Contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your booking.

Do you cook fresh food or deliver pre-cooked?
We cater your meals fresh for you at your kitchen.

When are final numbers due?
We require final numbers & menu confirmed 7 days before the event.

Do you provide all crockery and cutlery?
Yes, we will give you a number of options to choose from.

Do you charge corkage?
No, we don’t charge corkage – you are free to supply all your drinks at no extra charge.

Do you need to view the facilities before the day of the event?
If we didn’t cater at the venue before, we will ask you a few questions about the kitchen. For weddings and other large events we might need to visit the venue first.

What time do you need access to the venue?
From 2-10 hours before the start, depending on the event.

Do you cook for children?
Yes, we have kids sample menus or can create children’s menu around your little one’s likes!
